Momentum Spectrum of η ′ Meson Produced From the Inclusive Decay B → η ′

Momentum Spectrum of η ′ meson produced from the inclusive decay B → η ′ X s Dong - Sheng Du

The momentum distribution for the η′ meson produced through the inclusive decay B → η′X is investigated under two decay mechanisms, b → η′s and b → η′sg. Although all these two mechanisms can explain the recently observed decay rate of B → η′X, the momentum spectrums for η′ meson predicted by them are strongly different. Thus detailed experiment is proposed to distinguish the two cases.

An Analysis of the Inclusive Decay Υ(1S) → η′X and Constraints on the η′-Meson Distribution Amplitudes

We calculate the η′-meson energy spectrum in the decay Υ(1S) → η′ggg → η′X in the leading-order perturbative QCD in the static quark limit for the Orthoquarkonium. We study the rate and φ momentum distribution in semi-inclusive decays B → φXs induced by the quark level processes b → φs and b → φsg, in which the gluon is radiated from the internal charm quark loop or emitted from the virtual gluon of the strong penguin (inner bremsstrahlung).
